At HerbsPro.in, we strive to ensure your fashion choices fit perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HerbsPro.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags and authenticity certificates are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Hand over the package to our designated courier partner during the scheduled pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
